Message	I have a 93 NA. The power steering works fine, until i am manuvering in areas like parking lots. It seems like if if i turn the steering wheel more then 2 to 3 times in different directions, the power steering gets stiff. When shut off the car, or go straight for a while the stiffness is gone. Can there be a bubble?
